Indications:

Temporarily relieves minor aches and pains due to headache, a cold, arthritis, muscular aches, sinusitis, toothache, and premenstrual/menstrual cramps.

Dosage and Administration:

Always take this medicine exactly as your doctor has told you. Check with your doctor or pharmacist, if you are not sure. 
Take this medicine with a glass of water.
Usual dosage is one capsule three times daily.
Do not take more than 6 capsules in any 24 hour period.
You are advised not to drink alcohol with this medicine.
The minimum effective dose should be used for the shortest time necessary to relieve symptoms.

Contraindication:

Hypersensitivity to the active substances or to any of the excipients. 
Active or previous peptic ulcer (two or more episodes of proven ulceration or bleeding).
History of upper gastrointestinal bleeding or perforation, related to previous NSAID therapy.
Patients with severe hepatic failure, renal failure or severe heart failure (NYHA Class IV).
Use in last trimester of pregnancy
